Water getting into air intake

The air intake on the 95 XJs is located directly behind the headlight. This works very well to suck water in when crossing the slightest water crossing. This design fault was rectified in the later models. I have modified mine to be the same as the later models that is I cut the tube leading to the airbox and fitted a plate in the hole in the frame. The airbox now sucks from a pocket of air and not from the creek.
