Trip details: Calling all SEQ Jeep clubs to join us for the weekend and tackle the challenges that one of our favourite 4×4 parks has to offer. Janowen has a variety of tracks and levels of difficulty including the wombat holes, creeks, gullies, step ups, steep ascents and descents etc. and the waterfall. Relax by the campfire at night and enjoy the company of your fellow Jeepers. There will be various trips throughout the weekend with difficulties depending on trip attendees.

Adults: $12.00 per person per night
Children (5 – 15 years): $7.00 per person per night

Trip Details: Meeting at the Woodford coffee shop. If you wish to order a coffee and/or breakfast before leaving please ensure you arrive at 8.30am as it takes a little while to prepare. We will head off into the trails at 9am and stop for lunch somewhere along the way. Please bring water and a packed lunch that you can assemble on the tracks! The trails at Bellthorpe seem to vary each time we visit and when we ran this trip earlier in the year, the tracks were not as difficult as we’ve experienced in the past. However, if there is rain beforehand, this trip will move to a difficult status. There will be steep, rutted and rocky tracks to tackle over the day.

Meeting Place and Time: 7am Saturday 16 September at Yamanto Shopping Centre, Warwick Rd
Trip Details: Leaving Yamanto we will travel to Stanthorpe for morning tea and then on to Sundown NP for an overnight stay. We will explore the tracks in Sundown in the morning. Sundown is a rugged wilderness area of spectacular sharp ridges and steep-sided gorges. The Severn River and its tributaries, woodland birds and remains of pastoral and mining heritage can be discovered via maintained walking tracks, challenging remote walks or the four-wheel-drive (4WD) track. Bring your cold weather camping gear, sturdy shoes, drinking water and firewood. Pit toilets at the campground. This camp is suitable for off-road camper trailers. Please note there is no phone reception at Sundown NP.

Meeting Place and Time: Saturday, 23 September at 7.30am Kilcoy Bakery, 18 William St, Kilcoy
Trip Details: We will be camping over the weekend and completing various medium – difficult 4wd tracks around the park. We will be camping at our usual spot at the gums, where toilets and showers available, firewood available for collection throughout the park. Please bring sufficient food and water for the duration of the trip.
